This is a tremendously detailed book on some of the legal issues of software. An overwhelmingly large amount of it I wouldn't understand until I was a CEO of a big company! I would still recommend this book because it covers some vital issues of software ownership, copyrights, trademarks, when do you need a lawyer etc. Good to have around if you really decide to market your own software.
